Considering "existing" ISP and Hosting companies already have a Customer-base established, we will be setting the Affiliate earnings at a split of 5% and 20% of the total allocated revenue-share, with 75% (3/4 of the allocated revenue-share) going to each respective Private Branded ISP.

Once the WiFi service is live, the only Branded ISP product package that will be made available is as follows:
Private Branded ISPs:
2nd Tier-up Affiliate = 5% / $0.25 cents per Customer (Sponsor of Referring Affiliate) 1st Tier-up Affiliate = 20% / $0.75 cents per Customer (Private Branded ISP Referring Affiliate) ----- Affiliate Program Referral Earnings Cut-off ----- Private Branded ISP = 75% / $3.00 per Customer There are "Restrictions" in place for both Affiliates and Private Branded ISPs alike, some of which are: - Private Branded ISPs are not able to sign Affiliates in ItsYourNet's 2-Tier Free Affiliate Program.
- Private Branded ISPs are only able to make Retail Sales or Direct Sales to end-user Customers.
- Private Branded ISPs must have an existing Customer Service infrastructure already established.
- This includes Technical Personnel to assist their Customers with computer related issues.
- Private Branded ISPs must have an existing Customer-base of Web Hosting and/or ISP Customers.
- Private Branded ISPs must have and use their own Merchant Account to collect Customer payments.
- ItsYourNet requires "ACH access" to process monthly advance billing of estimated Customers.
- Private Branded ISPs must abide by the ItsYourNet and the WiFi Corp policies, terms and procedures.
- Private Branded ISPs can not raise or lower the price of the product(s), however, can add bundled value.
- Affiliates are not able to register themselves as a Private Branded ISP under themselves or within 2-Tiers.
- Affiliates who register Private Branded ISPs can not; including, but not limited to:
- be a family member or of relation to the registered entity or person who becomes a Private Branded ISP
- hold any financial interest in or with the registered entity or person who becomes a Private Branded ISP
- be a product or service supplier for the registered entity or person who becomes a Private Branded ISP
- be a product or service customer of the registered entity or person who becomes a Private Branded ISP
Full acceptance of Private Branded ISP applications will be accepted, and full details will be released, when we know the exact launch day of the WiFi Service.
